Fuji Ramen House is a locally loved Japanese restaurant in Harahan, specializing in authentic ramen, hibachi, and flavorful Asian cuisine. From rich, slow-simmered ramen broths to freshly prepared hibachi entrées, every dish is made with quality ingredients and attention to detail. Whether you're stopping by for lunch, dinner, or happy hour, Fuji Ramen House offers great food, friendly service, and a comfortable dining experience for family and friends. 

The Craft of the Perfect Bowl

Ramen is where our kitchen truly comes alive. We cradle authentic Japanese wheat noodles in a deep, savory broth that we coax to perfection over long hours. Every bowl is built to order—choose your tender pork, chicken, or beef, matched with crisp, seasonal vegetables. Finishing each one is our signature soft-boiled egg, slow-marinated in sweet soy until the center turns silky and rich. The result is a graceful play of texture and flavor: pure comfort in a bowl, and an honest taste of Japanese craft.

Wow, Fuji Ramen House blew me out of the park! The environment , staff and food was top notch. You can tell so much love was put into each hand crafted dish. I can’t wait to come back!

We had a great family meal at Fuji Ramen. The pork tonkotsu was rich and creamy, and the chicken kara age tonkotsu added crispy, juicy chicken to the same excellent broth. For appetizers, the takoyaki was solid, and the pork rice burger with fries was a fun, tasty bite. Our kid loved the chicken teriyaki with fries (fried rice is also an option). Overall, good service (thanks Winnie), flavorful ramen, good variety, and family-friendly. Would go back.

Having lived in Japan for years, I have a high bar for ramen. This is one of the rare spots in the area that hits the mark. The shop is clean, cozy, and decorated with a beautiful cherry blossom tree. The staff are friendly and the service is great. Besides the ramen, their side dishes are definitely worth trying. Highly recommended 👍👍
